Change of Mailing Address

Taxpayers are responsible for providing mailing address changes to the Assessor’s Office. You may update your mailing address with the Assessor's Office by:
  • E-mail,
  • Mail or
  • Hand delivery
The Assessor's Office will not update your mailing address by a phone call. 

Notification of Mailing Address Change by e-mail:
Please send an e-mail to assessor@sanjuanco.com with the following information:
  • Parcel Number(s)
  • Taxpayer Name
  • Taxpayer Phone Number
  • Taxpayer Old Mailing Address
  • Taxpayer New Mailing Address
  • If you are acting on behalf of taxpayer, please provide your contact information (Name, phone number)
Notification of Mailing Address Change by Mail:
Method 1: Print, complete and mail to the Assessor's Office this Change of Address Form.  

Method 2: Please send a signed letter to the Assessor's Office with the following information:
  • Parcel Number(s)
  • Taxpayer Name
  • Taxpayer Phone Number
  • Taxpayer Old Mailing Address
  • Taxpayer New Mailing Address
  • If you are acting on behalf of taxpayer, please provide your contact information (Name, phone number)
