Airport Overlay Districts

Airport Overlay District regulations were first adopted for Eastsound in May 2002 (SJCC 18.40.032). These regulations were found noncompliant with the Growth Management Act. Alternate regulations were developed, and amended regulations were adopted on September 9, 2003 as Ord. 2–2003.

Ord. 2–2003 (x kB) to the Unified Development Code revises development standards in the overlay districts, effective September 9, 2003.
