County Code Updated – Copies Now Available
The San Juan County Code has been updated. The County
Code is a
compilation of ordinances and resolutions in a way that provides
for easy reference.
"This is a major revision of the code," said Prosecutor Randall K. Gaylord. "The entire Unified Development Code is incorporated in this code. In addition, we have updated many obsolete, stale and inconsistent provisions. This version of the code should be used by everyone who wants to know the laws and procedures of San Juan County," said Gaylord
Copies of the code are available in print and computer formats. Anyone who wishes to obtain a copy should contact Code Publishing Company in Seattle, Washington at (206) 527-6831.
