Accessing Public Documents and Information

San Juan County government is dedicated to making information and official documents available to the public as quickly and easily as possible. You will find many information resources and documents available for review and download from this web site.

San Juan County supports the intent and the specifics of RCW 42.56, the Public Records Act. The support and functioning of county government is enhanced by the access to citizens of government records available under state law. It is the policy of San Juan County as reflected in the San Juan County Code, Chapter 2.108, to assist citizens in gaining access to such records.
