Community Development and Planning
The County Council adopted the Community
Development & Planning Department's 2012 fee structure in
Ordinance 28-2011.
The fees are also contained in the
2012 Fee List.These
fees are effective January 3, 2012.
The fee calculators below will help you estimate your permit and plan review
fees. The plan review fee is due when you submit your application, the permit
fee is due at issuance.
