• Single trade projects include plumbing, mechanical, gas line and tank installation, re- roofing, re-siding, and window replacement.
• Fast Track Permits include garages, workshops, sheds, decks, mobile homes and simple remodel work.
• Regular Permits include new houses, remodel and addition of existing houses, all commercial projects, and owner-builder projects
• Revisions are changes to permits that have already been issued.
