(b) Conditions.(1) Documents transmitted to the clerk by fax shall be
letter size (8-1/2 by 11 inches).
Documents over 10 pages in length may not be filed by
fax without prior approval of the clerk.

Passports: The Clerk's Office is a sub-agent for the US Department
of State to accept Passport Applications and provide forms. These forms can also
be obtained at www.travel.state.gov.
Applications accepted Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Family Law:
Forms can be purchased in this office or downloaded through the Office of Administrator
of the Courts at
www.courts.wa.gov/forms.
Parenting Seminars are mandatory for cases involving children.
Courses Include:
Court Facilitator is available to assist in completing forms. Please call
this office to make an appointment.
Family Law Seminar attorney will advise and assist in legal matters for individuals
without legal representation. Please call this office to make an appointment to
meet on San Juan Island and Orcas Island.
