Protection Orders are available in a CONFIDENTIAL and SPEEDY fashion at NO CHARGE. You may obtain an immediate Temporary Order and then request a Full Order good for one year. A Full Order may then be re-issued for another year. If you have questions or know someone who may need protection please call:

The filing fee is $88.00. Hearings are Thursdays at 9:00am. Paperwork must be filed at least two days prior to the hearing.
