- Trainings needed in your work place (the more specific, the better);
- Hazards in your workplace that have caused injuries or are likely to cause them;
- Practices that you would like to see improved; and
- Good practices that you or your department currently do that promotes accident prevention.

Your recommendations will be reviewed by the County Safety Committee, which members include:
