San Juan County Juvenile Court Services provides coverage for the entire county.
We are located at three sites:

Friday Harbor, San Juan Island
The Friday Harbor office is located in the courthouse at 350 Court Street.
When you enter the building pictured at the right, Tom Kearney's office is the second
door on the right. Kris Cozine's office is found three office doors down on the

The Juvenile Courtroom is located on the second floor, northeast corner, of the
courthouse (pictured at left). This is where all juvenile legal hearings are held.

Eastsound, Orcas Island
The Eastsound office is located in the Senior Services Building at 62 Henry Road,
Eastsound. This office is covered part-time by Michael Jennings. Please call in
