San Juan County Public Works Department issues three permits. A
Road Access/Driveway permit; a
Utility Permit;
and an
Oversize Vehicle Permit.

Our application for Utility Permit, Access Permit and our Oversize Permit
forms are .pdf files (Acrobat format) and can be viewed or printed from this Web
site. These forms must be signed by the "permittee" prior to being signed by the
County Engineer or agent.
Our shop on Fisherman Bay Road, Lopez Island; and our shop on Mt. Baker Road, Orcas
Island have permit application forms available.
