The San Juan County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC) is made up of 12 people appointed by the County Council, meets monthly, and provides advice to the County and makes recommendations to the Council on solid waste activities and concerns. The SWAC is a cross-section of residents, businesses and local governments that exist on the islands.
