Local Court Rules Proposed Changes 2023

Pursuant to GR7, the San Juan County Superior Court has proposed 2023 changes to the Local Court Rules provided here in both "Redlined changes" and "Clean copy" versions. Please submit any written comments to Superior Court Administration by e-mail or in hard copy by Friday, June 1. The Court will post all comments received on the San Juan County Superior Court website.
