San Juan County Health & Community Services will begin collecting fees for public health services (immunizations, pregnancy testing, and TB testing) beginning on June 1, 2023.
Using the sliding fee scale above, patients may self-attest to annual income amounts in order to determine patient status. Patients with Medicaid will be classified under patient status "A" with proof of enrollment. Amount owed will be calculated based on patient status and services rendered. All fees are due at time of service. No one will be denied services because of inability to pay. There is no cost for HIV testing.
Fees may be paid in cash or check (made out to SJC Health) only. Currently we are not able to accept payment via credit card or debit card. We are currently not able to bill insurance (private or public).
