Important Notices

  • We are closed to walk-in traffic, but still available remotely via phone, email or online permit center.
  • Inspections should now be scheduled through the  permitting portal.  You must be logged in to your account and have entered your portal access code (this only needs to be done once), then click on Applications, then view My Applications and scroll down to the "Inspections" section.
  • If fees are due or the permit is expired, it will need to be brought current before the inspection option becomes available. Note that expiration dates need to be advanced by DCD staff. Please contact us at if you need the date advanced prior to the next business day.
  • The daily posted inspection schedule can be found at the bottom of the Application page, under "Other services."
