Petition
The petition for the Board of Equalization and instructions can be obtained online. If you wish to dispute your assessment, you may petition within 30 days of receiving the assessment card or no later than July 1 (whichever is later) to be considered in time to affect the next property tax bill.
Postmark before July 1. For those of you who want to meet the July 1 deadline for filing a petition, please make sure the petition is postmarked by or before July 1st in order to be considered by the Board of Equalization.

Remember to submit any documentary evidence 21 business days prior to your hearing date. This evidence must be sent to:
