Change of Mailing Address

This Change of Mailing Address request relates to correspondences from the Assessor’s Office and Treasurer’s Office. 

This request to change your mailing address will not result in a mailing address 
change with other county offices such as Elections, Community Development, Auditor and others.

Taxpayers are responsible for providing mailing address changes to the Assessor’s Office. You may update your mailing address with the Assessor's Office by:

  • E-mail,
  • Mail or
  • Hand delivery
The Assessor's Office will not update your mailing address by a phone call. 

Notification of Mailing Address Change by E-mail


Please send an e-mail to assessor@sanjuanco.com with the following information:
  • Parcel Number(s)
  • Taxpayer Name
  • Taxpayer Phone Number
  • Taxpayer Old Mailing Address
  • Taxpayer New Mailing Address
  • If you are acting on behalf of taxpayer, please provide your contact information (Name, phone number)

Method 1: Print, complete and mail to the Assessor's Office this Change of Address Form.  

Method 2: Please send a signed letter to the Assessor's Office with the following information:
  • Parcel Number(s)
  • Taxpayer Name
  • Taxpayer Phone Number
  • Taxpayer Old Mailing Address
  • Taxpayer New Mailing Address
  • If you are acting on behalf of taxpayer, please provide your contact information (Name, phone number)
