This is a "local adoption" that will not become effective until it is adopted by the Washington State Department of Ecology. The next step in this process is submittal of the locally adopted update and supporting documentation to the Department of Ecology (DOE). The DOE adoption process is unlikely to be completed prior to the end of the year and will involve an advertised public comment period.
