Proposed Lopez Village Subarea Plan and Development Regulations
Earlier this summer the Lopez Village Planning and Review Committee (LVPRC) proposed a subarea plan for Lopez Village. The Planning Commission and County Council will hear public testimony from the Lopez Community on this proposal. Shoreline Master Program (SMP) Growth Management Hearings Board (GMHB) Compliance Ordinance
In October 2017, the County adopted an updated SMP. The SMP was appealed to the GMHB. The Board upheld the adoption of the SMP but remanded three issues back to the County to amen to comply with state law. Land Capacity Analysis Methodology - Vacant Land Value Threshold
