On October 10 at 5:30 pm, there will be a Comprehensive Plan Community Workshop on Orcas Island. The workshop will be held at Fire Station #2, 45 Lavender Lane, Eastsound WA.
San Juan County Department of Community Development (DCD) will hold a Comprehensive Plan Community Workshop:

End Time: 7:00 pm
Location: Fire Station #2, 45 Lavender Lane, Eastsound WA.
The workshop is designed to take an hour and a half, with 45 minutes for an electronic polling session and 45 minutes dedicated to a small group work session. You will have the opportunity to provide input on policy issues that will guide the County through 2036. Discussion topics will include:
- Housing
- Transportation
- Land Use
- Water Resources
- Economic Development
