SmileMobile dental services coming to Orcas and San Juan Island in November

SmileMobile, a brightly painted 39 - foot dental clinic on wheels, will be hard to miss when it rolls onto Orcas Island the week of November

4 – 8th at the Orcas Island Community Church - 176 Madrona St., Eastsound and Friday Harbor the week of November 12 – 15 at the Mullis Community Senior Center 589 Nash St..  

The SmileMobile is staffed by a dentist, clinic manager, dental assistant and local  volunteer dentists. The staff will provide oral health education, dental examinations, sealants, fillings and simple extractions to babies up through high school age and pregnant/postpartum women with Apple Health and those who are uninsured.

The SmileMobile is operated by non–profit Arcora Foundation in partnership with Seattle Children’s Hospital. Arcora Foundation is funded by non-profit Delta Dental of Washington, the state’s largest dental benefits company.
