Permitting & Inspections

Inspections are now scheduled through the new permitting portal. Owners must authorize agents and/or inspection contacts in order for us to provide them with portal access to their client's permit. Contractors designated on the application are associated with the permit and can use their access code to access the permit and schedule inspections. Portal access requests for specific permits should be e-mailed by owners to dcdpermits@sanjuanco.com.
There will be a modified inspection schedule as follows, please plan accordingly.
- Nov 11, Veterans day CLOSED, Inspections will be scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that week.
- Nov 28-29 Thanksgiving CLOSED, Inspections will be scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
