How do I get my Certificate of Occupancy for an OLD permit?

Permits created since roughly 2005 will have a formal certificate of occupancy. Older permits were not issued a C of O, instead the signed permit card was the only recognition that the project was completed. Our new permit software allows the C of O to be created and uploaded to the portal for easy access by the owner and general public. We are in the process of digitizing the thousands of older permits and they are not easily available or indexed at this time. As they get scanned and input into our system, we will make them available to the public.

For these newer permits, you can access the Certificate of Occupancy when the project is completed and permit closed out. They will be available on the 'NOTES' section of the permit on the Portal.

For example, click here to search by Parcel, address or owner name: for 102 Salish way. The C of O is attached.
